
Brent Plott-Owner
Brent Plott is the founder and owner of Tiger Gym. He is a 1984 graduate of Mt Pleasant High School and of Catawba College where he played football and participated in the ROTC program. He served as a United States Army Field Artillery officer for four years after college. After leaving active duty he served as a police officer with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) for twenty six years, working as a patrol officer in several divisions and was a member of the CMPD SWAT team for twenty one years, retiring in 2020. In June 2021 he began as a volunteer football and strength and conditioning coach at Mt Pleasant High School working with both the varsity and junior varsity football team. He began weight training in the late 1970’s and has been involved in some type of strength training ever since. He competed in power lifting competitions while in college and later in the North Carolina Police Olympics. Brent and his wife Cassie have been married for twenty five years; they have two daughters and live in Concord.

Susan Moose
Personal Trainer
Susan is the Tiger Gym manager. Susan has always loved working out, lifting weights and group fitness classes. In 2014 she turned that love into a career of helping others reach their fitness goals by opening Fit Connection in Mt Pleasant. She has spent 8 years offering personal training to clients and leading group fitness classes. Her certifications include being a Certified Nutrition Coach with FASTer Way to Fat Loss, personal trainer, group fitness instructor specializing in HIIT Boot Camp, Tabata, Strength Training & Stretching plus Vertimax training for athletes.
Even though the doors there closed, Susan is extremely grateful for the people she met, relationships she built and the men, women and student athletes she trained along the way. She is very excited to continue her love of fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Susan and her husband Benjie and their two sons Gavin and Keegan live in Mt Pleasant.
Susan is available to book training sessions 5:30pm-7:30pm Monday-Thursday and Saturday mornings. Sessions are $50 for one hour session. She can accept cash, check, credit or debit card, Venmo, or PayPal. Please contact her by text or call her at 704-560-3191 for questions or to book a session.

Jarin Spradley

I am a dedicated personal trainer and strength coach with a passion for helping athletes and individuals unlock their full physical potential. With years of hands-on experience coaching high school and and collegiate athletes in baseball, wrestling, football, basketball and general fitness.
I specialize in building customized training programs that prioritize strength, mobility, and long term-performance. I am also a teacher and coach at Mount Pleasant High School. I coach women’s flag football, wrestling, and track and field. I have also coached football and golf for numerous years there.
My coaching philosophy combines proven strength methodologies-like the Conjugate method-with functional mobility, speed development, and rehabilitation protocols. Whether you are an athlete preparing for competition, someone returning from injury, or just starting your fitness journey, my mission is to create a structured, results-driven path tailored specifically for you.
I believe in training with purpose, tracking progress, and creating a culture of discipline and growth. Every session is built to challenge you, push your limits, and help you achieve sustainable gains-physically and mentally.
