Fitness Classes

*Fitness Classes are free for Tiger Gym Members, $10/class for non-members

Yoga Class

Yoga is led by Melanie Cresenzi and is at 6pm on Wednesdays. The last Wednesday of the month is “Yoga and a Beer” and a beer is included after class at the Tuscarora Tap House which is next door.

Total Body and Circuit Class

Total Body and Circuit is led by Erika Allred at 5:30am on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Tabata Class

Tabata is led by Susan Moose at 6pm on Mondays.
