Yoga Class

Yoga is led by Melanie Cresenzi and is at 6pm on Wednesdays.

Core Workout & a Beer

Class is led by Melanie Cresenzi the last Thursday of the month. Class includes a beer at the Tuscarora Tap House following class.

Total Body and Circuit Class

Total Body and Circuit is led by Erika Allred at 5:30am on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Tabata Class

Tabata is led by Susan Moose at 6pm on Mondays.
